thats not going to be his job at all. he is going to assist the offensive quality control coach in breaking down film of what our next opponents tendencies are for our DC to create a game plan from.

Yea, take it for what it's worth. Todd Haley's pure existence in the NFL came from Nepotism.

that is a whole different subject that i touched on earlier in this year or last. our quality control coaches are all very young with no NFL experience until they got here. jerry O used to do that job before he was promoted to ILB coach. we used to have some good ones before him. we went a couple of years without and that showed. our being prepared for game day has also fallen off with these younger guys taking over as far as i have seen. sarrett did it prior to him being promoted to asst. o-line coach. steve myer does it now and stewert will assist him.

This is a business that many invest their time and money to support because they want to back a winner. I could care less about feel good stories or who is doing who a favor or who grew up where or who raised who in what neighborhood . I want my team to be the best they can be with the right players and coaching to win it all. Its a business, period.

Oh sorry, i didnt realize we had a minority owner on the message board. My apologies.

I am just a fan. Win or lose. I personally like to pull for good people and have good role models at the top. Players come and go but there is a reason the steelers are the model franchise.
