Routes are too predictable and throws are released too fast. No time for any receiver to get separation.

 

I just don't think claypool can get seperation. He had a ton of drops too. Dude is way overrated by the fan base

 

This dude has had dementia for 10 years now

 

Statistically, hand-timing results in 0.14sec lower times.

Claypool is a star in the making. I don't know how someone can see otherwise.

I respect Bill Polian football mind, I agree with most of his assessment, as mentioned in above thread .there are a few area's that need tweaked.
I would start with drafting Najee Harris and atleast 2 oL in this years draft. The OL coach hire will be be very important also.
He must teach these lineman how to run block . We must return to our identity of a 60-40 run pass ratio. We are in a very physical division/can be bad weather also
where you better put your big boy pants on to compete. We are going to lose some key performers through the salary cap purge. We have a very good
nucleus to build around and with proper planning and COACHING we can compete for a playoff spot. We will /should have a plan in place for Ben R replacement
possibly as early as next season.
