    1. QB situation - I believe this position group will perform much better than the last three years but can Wilson recapture his form from his Seattle days? Can we rebuild Fields and coach him up on processing? Will create special packages for Fields to take advantage of his athleticism?

    2. Heyward Health - Now that Heyward is healthy can he stay healthy and perform at a level comparable to they way he was before last season?

    3. WR 2 - Do we have a legit WR 2? Who is it and if we don’t can wee thrive without one?

    4. Najee Harris - Can he perform in in a wide zone run scheme?

    5. Rookies - Can the two OL in particular start and be upgrades over what we had before?

    6. Slot Corner - Will someone step up to replace Cam Sutton the first 8 games?

    7. Arthur Smith Offense - I know it will be better than Canada’s offense, how fast can we ramp it up and become proficient in it? Will the Oline thrive and the RB’s?

    8. Patrick Queen - Is he who we think he is without Roquon Smit lined up next to him?

    9. Deshon Elliot - Will he be the Strong Safety we need him to be to allow Minkah to free lance on the back end and make splash plays?

    10. Pickens and Friermuth - Will they thrive iim this new offense?

For me the QB situation is simple. Russell Wilson is a stop gap year. No way he has the same abilities as his SB years but if he stays healthy for all 17 I believe we will be very competitive. He goes down 99% of the Steelers offensive plays will be runs;)

My biggest hope is camp produces a hidden gem at Wide Receiver. :beg:

The thing is the way this team is built, I don’t believe we need Russell to be a superstar. If he is competent and plays within the offense it should be good enough. Why can’t he play like a Brock Purdy? I don’t think Purdy is a superstar by any means. He plays within the offense and doesn’t turn the ball over. Wilson had 26 TD’s last year on a bad Denver offense that he was a poor fit in. That is significantly better than what we had at the position last year. I don’t think it can get any worse.

Who's arriving in a helicopter or dump truck?

Who will be involved in the first skirmish?

Absolutely. He is mature and obviously understands the position. Competent Russell Wilson is all we need to be very competitive. Wide receivers will have to be decent for this to work. At present moment I'm pumped to see how this goes. Keep that damn injury bug at bay and I think we will be heard from in the NFL!

I'm guessing there are hundreds of skirmishes in every camp.

My bet is Russell Wilson will arrive in a Dump Truck only to endear himself to the team and to change his image. Regarding skirmish I’m betting on the rookie 4th rounder Mason McCormick (sp?) as I hear he is nasty.

My concern about Heyward is not his health but his age

I'm leaning towards Minkah and JPP
    or
    Minkah and GP

    The rookie Mason against Cam

Who will take the #2 wide receiver spot?

Who will the starting slot corner be?

    Will Dan Moore be traded?

Will they sign Muth to a contract extension?

If they make an offer to Heyward hopefully it's for one more season only.

Hopefully no major injuries in camp.

Wilson's 26 TDs last season is double the amount thrown by the three QBs the Steelers used last season, if Wilson can put up similar numbers this season the Steelers should be good.

I will be so happy if Wilson is close to have the same production that Purdy in 2023.....my concern for Wilson is his high number of sacks during his career

This is where Sean Payton went wrong. Asking Russell Wilson to be a west coast, Brock Purdy, timing route guy is just not Russ's game.

Russ is a play action "Freeze the DBs" and hold the ball and watch what develops. Not the quick get the ball out in under 2.5 seconds you see in a timing offense.

Checkout where Russ and Mahomes are on this map. This is Russ's game style. See where Purdy is, that is not where Russ is going to be.

Let Russ Cook. Nothing wrong with Russ playing like Patrick Mahomes is there?

Will we see strong QB play and from which one?
Could really use another good WR.
How will the RB touches go?
How will the OL shake out?
I think the DL could be a problem.
Who's the 4th OLB and will Holcomb play this year?
What's the CB depth after the two starters?
There's some available cap money. Will they add a FA/Cut? Will they extend anyone?

Will rookie center Zach Frazier be everything hes supposed to be.

this to me is an important question. Maybe the most important - and somewhat overlooked

I meant in terms of production not in play style but I’ll take your comparison it’s even better.

He just looks big because he got done lifting weights. Anybody who has experience with lifting weights understands the pump you get from the blood rushing to the body part you worked out.

I am sure there may be some mistakes, but I am sure the Steelers know that a young player is going to
make some. It won't be from a lack of trying on Frazier's part. I am excited to see him in action.

i'm pretty excited for the competition that should be on full display during camp at many positions. the game isn't played on paper or in shorts. let the process play out before judgement is passed.
