Same here! I've always liked Jacobs...dude's a steamroller.

I didn't notice anything about him in that clip that was bad. Maybe it happened after the commercial break. On a side note, I had to laugh when they passed the drink around and the one judge said 'Why does it taste so bad??' :lolol:

I don't like Jacobs. I remember his big breakout game in like 06 or something and I thought he might be good. But he's got fumbling problems if I'm not mistaken. He's DEFINITELY not all THAT professional. I mean he threw his helmet and bounced it about 10 rows deep a couple of years ago. He's suspended in San Fran for being a crybaby. So I would say no. However I would also like it to be noted that I am a gnats hater and always have been and always will be. I can not think of one single gnat that I have EVER liked. So that's my take.

I have seen who I would like as our RB, if we could be in position
to take him next year. His last name is Yeldon and he plays for
Bama, you will be able to eye ball him yourself in the National championship game.
Barring injury, he will be a superstar!

There are better running backs out there. Runs too upright for me, and not too tough a runner for his size, along with being a whiner, he has more down side than up side.

gotta wait 2 more yrs,i believe. must be 3 yrs removed from high school.

    in the meantime

draft Giovani Bernard if we actually lose any of the backs we have now

statistically speaking , he would be better than anyone on the current roster Mendy included .... ( based on historical stats ) but does Jacobs have that same ability left in him or not we truly do not know and anything said about it is purely subjective opinion ....

I would not be opposed to kicking the tires on him and seeing up close and personal what he has left at the right price ...... I think ( again opinion and subjective ) he has had a few seasons in a row now with very low mileage and could have a couple good seasons left in him ...

However , one must wonder just how well he would fit in Haleys system where in the past he has shown the propensity to like the smaller scat back type , Jamaal Charles , Dexter McCluster etc .... guys who can run the ball or catch it in space and make people miss in the open field ... so lots to think about with this IMO

Not for long I bet. So maybe we need another tweeter on the team to replace him. LOL. I personally don't like Jacobs though.

Jacobs may retire...He said the only team in the NFL he wants to play for is the Giants...and I think they have moved on.

If Rice and Mendy had their careers swapped in the NFL, you would be complaining about Rice because he could not produce for the Steelers and wishing we had Mendy because he is so dangerous for the Ravens...

Well Duce is going to be out of a job here shortly. I believe he is the Eagles special teams quality control assistant.
