Brady, Manning, Rogers and Brees would never ever be able to take a broken nose during a game an still lead their team to a win. I would rather have Ben on my team over those prima donna's anyday.

I like Ben as much as anyone but, Manning? He's only come back from FOUR neck surgeries to have the best season of his career.

Kinda looks like victimofchanges is. Primadona? I'd put that label on Brady only, out of those three.

Ill take brady over manning any day of the week

.. Brady is a gutsy, firery Qb who is throwing to nobodys...and the guy just gets it done...

he can throw lasers in snow storms, rain or any weather...they put up 41 on the ravens without gronk...who the heck is his #1????? edelman, amendola, dobson, please....look at what he did with a true #1 (moss)

Guys the greatest ever...people on this message board hate brady because he sticks it to us all the time...i hate him too but i know hes great..

Manning has thrown for over 5,200 yards (27% more than Ben) and 51 TDs (89% more than Ben), he has 2 fewer picks and the Broncos are 12-3.

Like I said, Ben isn't battling anyone for MVP.

Sorry Stats don't tell the whole story... manning has almost 100 more attempts than ben...a better offensive line and arguably the best weapons of anyone in the league...and doesnt have as bad of a D...

Ben is on his 3rd center and 2nd LT and constantly bails out our dog sh%t defense...im pretty sure manning had all his weapons from week 1...apparently you forgot we did not

Like I said he should be in consideration... your mistaken

Oh stop it. Manning is good at one thing...calling audibles. He is a great technician until something gets into the gears such as: cold, mud or defenses putting too much pressure on him. He has to be leading by the second half because he can't come back in the forth quarter to win. He just calls it a day. I am not a Brady fan by any means but once again Brady is heading into the playoffs with a bunch of nothing as a supporting cast. Didn't Brady once again mount a second half comeback win against Manning and company. Oh that's right it was cold that night and Manning was all bundled up but you would only put the primadona label on Brady huh?

My point was that Compared to Ben these qb's are primadonas
Brady whines for a flag every time he gets hit and Manning folds like a lawn chair under pressure. I could give Rogers and Brees a pass but none of these qbs are taking a broken nose like Ben did and lead their teams to a win. That is my point.

    Yeah, I'm mistaken.

Actually, Manning has 78 more attempts than Ben. Why does he have 27% more yards and 89% more TDs with only 14% more attempts?

Say what you want that stats don't tell the whole story but that is what they give MVP awards for. In addition to significantly more yards and TDs, Manning also has a higher completion percentage, a higher average, more first downs and a higher rating than Ben.

I love Ben but the year Manning is having is pretty amazing. Unless he completely crumbles for the rest of the season, he will win the MVP. You might see that if you took your black and gold glasses off for a few minutes.

Manning can't mount a 4th quarter comeback? Really? You didn't see a Colts game against Tampa a few years ago? Greatest comback ever, IMO. I agree that Brady is a great QB but, when he gets hit and cries to the official for a flag, yells at receivers on the sidelines, doesn't put a sock in his wife's mouth after losing, another, S.B........... yes, I say Primadona.

You cant compare Ben to Manning or Brady because they are finesse QBs: Ben is a throwback who could have played in any era before they had rules to protect quarterbacks: He has the toughness of Joe Kapp and the unpredictability of Fran Tarkington, he could have played just like slinging Sammy Baugh in that era as well: When Ben gets nominated for the HOF, they cant use Brady and Manning for a comparison to Ben.....Ben is old school and Manning and Brady are new school....

78 is almost 100? Sure. Whatever you say.

You said Ben is battling Manning for MVP and the facts say he isn't. Manning has Brady beat in stats which is what the MVP is all about.

    And sadly he replied.
Its best to ignore his little zings because you know getting a reply is what gets his rocks off. I think its funny when I scroll through a thread, see his little diatribes, and continue on to see that no one replied.

LOL! Forget the fact that Ben also rushed for a td as well. But whatever. HA! Facts are stubborn things.

Ben is the only chance the Steelers have at getting #7 so they need to sign him to a contract extension this offseason, to a cap friendly deal. He started off this season slow partly due to bad O-line play but he's finishing strong. So much for NFL Network and Ian Rapoport and all that nonsense Ben wants out of Pittsburgh and he's frustrated, Rapoport needs some new sources.
