Congrats to Ben. We've been blessed to have our 2nd HOF QB in my lifetime. Some teams go decades before they get one. Even with his spotty play so far, his QB rating in the 2 games is higher than any season in his career.

    Congrats to him!!

He has to chase down both Rodgers and Rivers though! He is not catching either Brady or Brees. That said, who cares?!

I care more if he can win his third ring.

Was it based on wins?! Yards?! Touchdowns?!

Do you remember what it was in terms of the general statement?!

It was either a Steelers team record, or it might have been a milestone like wins with same coach passing Shula and Marino.
I also could have been thinking of TJ Watt passing (or tying) Kevin Greene in career team sacks.

    Ah!!!

Ben and Coach Tomlin have surpassed the likes of Shula and Marino for most regular season wins by a Quarterback/Head Coach Tandem. Ben and Tomlin are third All Time now! Another good record for both!

As for TJ Watt, he moves into 9th Place All Time in Steelers History for sacks..... at the age of 25. Unreal for certain! I am 100% HAPPY they did not take Obi Melifonwu!!

Steal of the 2004 draft! I still remember a salty Ben sitting at the table waiting to be picked.

If I heard correctly, Ben also tied Mike Webster for most games played by a Steeler today, 220.

I think they said he passed manning on the passing yards list as well. However, I think he has a few hundred yards to go to pass Manning again.

Going to be a fun year offensively if we keep him healthy.
