Mason got ben on that crossfit lol

 

He said something like he wanted his knees to do less work holding him up.

So far everyone seems to have turned up in great shape, bar that Bryce guy.

 

That's about the best I've ever seen Ben look. Maybe mason is helping already and not in the way expected.

 

He does look good. The double chin is deceiving. I heard a brief part of his interview on his diet and exercise changes. Too bad it took him 15 years to figure this out. Imagine how great he could have been if he did this from the beginning and actually studied the playbook and film from the beginning.

 

Difference between Ben and Brady

 

Mason got Ben all worked up lol. Next thing you know Ben will be studying film late night with Peyton manning giving pointers.

 

This is why Ben Loves Landry Jones .No matter how bad Ben plays or declines Jones has zero chance of replacing Ben. As such Ben has been slack as he has zero motivation . At this stage of his career he needs every edge he can get I am glad he understands that .

 

I was thinking the same thing.

 

I wonder if that being married thing had anything to do with the changes?

He's about 245-247, my nephew is 6-7 255 and he looks skinny too.........

 

Ben's like that girl who loses weight after breaking up with her boyfriend...

 

Ben says the same things every year... "feels better than ever" etc. *yawn*

 

It's hard to shed those last few pounds after the third child and keep them off.

 

I saw an interview that only showed his face and thought he looked heavy, but not in this full body shot. He said he cut out sugars, which usually means alcohol. That would def. slim one down.

 

Or gummy bears.

 

If he wants to play a long time he should be doing the "Brady" diet, whatever that is. Supposedly 80% vegetables.

 

Yes that will prolong his career 5-6 years. 5 or 6 terrible baconless, delicious BBQless years that will be just wasted.

 

If he wants to play a long time, he should be doing Brady’s wife.

Personally, I think that would beat a bag of carrots any day.

Might throw off his mechanics releasing the ball or could be in his prime again hmm.. double chin aint goin nowhere tho

 

Why it took this long for Ben to ponder the aspects of health and how that not only increases longevity but also performance is something I have not the foggiest.



Within that same vein, having Mason there, combined with his new "look" gave me all the final pieces to the puzzle I needed.

I don't actually care what he says. I only care what these guys do. Typically Ben has been very lax in the off season, which might explain his poor start last season. Hopefully he comes out firing this year

 

Ben isn't worried about some 3rd string QB like Mason.
