they are the afc champs and have the far better qb. So it’s not egregious that they feel this way. But I don’t see a blowout unless Mitch just wets the bed.

Depends. Knee jerk reactions to every bad pass and swapping QBs every game is dumb.

Its not about loyalty, it’s allowing a QB to grow.

I hope they are overconfident, worked out well for Buffalo last season.

I like are chances. We have to double team chase. And alot of pressure on burrow.

Mitch Tribusky has a career of being a 50-50 TD to Int ratio. (actually, slightly higher on the Int side)
    That cannot happen.
I think the Steelers need the Mitch of 2018 at least and build on that. (That team was tough on defense, but Chicago rarely has any offense.. he was impersonating Jim McMahon.)

I think Canada will game plan per his design he's wanted to implement.
Keep Mitch confident with quick short throws and run the ball in options, and he will occasionally take off.
It's the long throws he needs to complete, putting the ball where only the rec'r can catch and have the trust in them to do so.
The Bengals are going to send pressure, that's what they do - we did steal one of their rushers though.

On the other side, the Steeler defense looks to have it's own pass rush.
Burrows looks good against the heat, so the DB's need to cover to the whistle. Stopping Chase is no easy task and the Steelers have been decent against him, but that is like playing with short fuse dynamite, eventually one will explode in your hands.
Burrows is going to complete his passes, that is just a fact we have to live with.
Stopping the run and forcing him to pass more than he wants would be the desire.
Mixon doesn't scare me as much as Chase does. Perine is a castoff from Washington where I saw him as a potential which quickly faded. I don't know what the Bengals see in him.

The experts seem to be going all Bengals.
I want an upset, but it is in Cincinnati and the Bengals look to be the better team.
I'm still picking an upset - if for nothing else, just being a homer.

Well, yes... he throws 24 TDs and 12 picks that's 2/1 ratio. He did same with 16/8
    Then there's that 7/7....

I guess, yes...his completion % is somewhere around ~60 to mid 60% Not too bad.
So yeah, I am hard on him, I said 50/50 which is not right. He is actually running ~2/1 ratio of TD/Int ratio... not awfully bad.
Dak Prescott is damn near 3/1... Aaron Rogers is something like 40/1 (wow!)
So, get more TD's and less picks.

Our (sic) you in the habit of repeating yourself Chucks? Maybe you'll get it, maybe you won't. I'm thinking you won't.
But more importantly, I also like OUR chances and hoping the SB hangover the Rams displayed last night is contagious and spreads to their (not there) SB opponent.

    Defense will kick some @ss.

Watt defends his DPOY with 2 sacks.

Sing along with Mitch (for those with age :hehehe:)

A close one with a Steelers win at the gun.

Yes some of its on Mitch..don't turn it over and give field position, but I think more on the D. If their running game is given huge holes and Burrow gets even more time to find his targets then it could be a long day.

I think we’re going to be super competitive today. Bengals fans and the media acting like we’re gonna get rolled. No so fast sweetheart. (Love Lee Corso)
