They have lost now two games at home and have scored a combined 9 points in both of those games. Next week the Bengals have to play at Green Bay and are staring hard at 0-3. I personally think they are done now and have no chance of overtaking the Steelers in this division starting at 0-2 it just won't happen.

I didn't think Cincy was going to be much this yr, certainly not enough to contend for the division.

Cincy looks like a 4-12 team. I'll have to be convinced that the Ravens are much better than 8-8. And the Browns? they're improved but to what? 4-12 like Cincy?

    Not much of a division.

The Browns will finish with a better record this year than the Bengals.

Never caught the game but did watch the highlights on dazn and all I can say is WOW. They really do suck badly.. Baltimore is doing ok so far. I figured Ravens would likely tank and Cinci would improve.. So much for that lol

    Not surprised.

This is essentially what Seattle's issues are. Difference is, Seattle still has a capable defense and even more capable Quarterback in Russel Wilson.

Cincinnati does not have either sans A.J. Green or Geno Atkins.

I told everyone...that marvin lewis had no control of his team and that he was gonna allow vontaz and jones to lose his job. The window has closed on them.

Then we've lost the moral high ground to complain about the Cheats' easy wins over their division foes.

I don't like it at all . We need our division to be as good as it can be so we will push harder and get better faster . IMO a weaker division makes a weaker Team for us in our case . At least the Browns are on the rise.

Guess I was one of the few that thought the bungals would be much better. I thought they had a pretty good draft and they had some good players already. I thought the Ravens would be the team taking a step backwards, oh well don't break my heart none to be wrong. lol

I listen to Sirius radio on my way home from work(movin the chains) and if anyone listens they know of a caller by the name of cinny Dave. Him and "Adrian from the Burgh" have had some nice battles over the last few years, but he called yesterday before the game and totally killed his team. Can't wait to hear what the guys have to say about it, if you have it 3pm and beyond should be some good entertainment....lol

I guess the Patriots missed this memo. The other AFC East teams =

And I agree with those who say Browns will end up better than the Bengals. I watched the first half of this game and the Bengals looked horrible.

I bet AJ McCarron gets the start next week at Green Bay.

That moral high ground has been long gone. Though it's been an article of faith around here that Pats sucess is due in large part of an AFCE that is sooooo sawft! Recent history doesn't say so.

Last yr: Every AFCE team had a better record than its AFCN counterpart (AFCE 1st place had a better record than 1st place AFCN, AFCE 2nd place better record that AFCN 2nd place, etc). When the AFCN teams got to play those AFCE weaklings, they went 6-10. AFCE was 36-28 overall. AFCN 26-37-1

But that just one year, right?

2015 was about the same. No AFCN team has a better record than its AFCE counterpart. The AFCN went 1-3 against the East. AFCE was 36-28 overall, AFCN 30-34.

2014 is the only recent year that the AFCN was better. 3 of 4 had better records than AFCE counterpart. AFCN was 38-25-1 overall vs 33-31 for the East. But when they got a chance to dine on those AFCE cupcakes head to head, the North went 1-3.

2013, back to form. No AFCN team had a better record than its AFCE Counterpart. AFCE was 35-29 overall, AFCN 31-33. head to head was split at 8-8.

Three of the last four years, the East has been top to bottom better. It may well be a division of NE and a bunch of bottom feeders, but if it is, it seems like there's a weaker division next door.

So? AFC East vs. AFC North doesn't mean squat. Patriots going 6-0 or 5-1 at worst every year is what matters. The AFC North has cannibalized itself over the past decade... Steelers, Bengals and Ravens ALL have several division championships over a 10 year span. Can you say that about the Bills, Jets and Dolphins?

Agreed. Patriots have had 6 easy victories a season pretty much for last 17 years. Dont know how thats even debatable.

The only consistently bad team in that span in the North has been Cleveland.

Bungals first team since the 1939 Eagles to not score a touchdown in consecutive home games. Bungals, somewhere Myron Cope is smilin' like a butcher's dog!

Here's the scenario..Bengals will play apathetical until week 7 then out of nowhere they win we lose. The DNA of the AFC north. let's hope Pittsburgh beat all odds and can go forth to the seventh.
