Joe Burrows seems like the stage is not too big.

When you are always drafting in the top 5 you are finally gonna get results.

Agree Burrow seems poised. Having trouble with the Bengals are improving. I guess not tanking could be an improvement.

He has some limitations to his game for certain. That said, not many Rookies just understand those limitations but know ways around them like Burrow does. Have not seen that in some time; Rookie Year Andrew Luck was the last time I ever saw such ability.

That said and, I repeat, I misjudged him prematurely. He is quite good and will be a problem in the future. Now, whether or not Mike Brown does the right thing and Draft Penei Sewell is another issue to discuss for another day.

Two years from now he will be smoking the Steelers but for now I say we beat them twice this year provided games don't get cancelled.

Reminds me of Billy Crystal's take on the Cubs a few years ago (before winning the WS) - "You know, you're going to have a bad century every once in a while!" :roflmao:

Agree that Burrow looks good, but keep in mind they have an entire offensive line to build before they're going to be a consistent threat. That doesn't happen that fast.

The Bengals will ruin him behind that trash OL.

I live in Cincinnati and most fans I know want him to hold a clipboard right now til they can draft some Olineman. Every time Burrows drops back Bengals fans are holding their breath.

I could not blame them. Beyond Jonah Williams, Cincy really does not have much of anything. Billy Price has flamed out entirely, Bobby Hart is a joke and the Interior is flat out horrible; 21 combined pressures through five games via PFF.

If I am the Bengals, I would address the interior in the draft. Luckily for them, Creed Humphrey or even Wyatt Davis will likely be available. Alex Leatherwood even as that would allow Bobby Hart to take a hike.

Burrow is on pace to be bashed 70 times over this season!! That is David Carr all over again.

Joe will not be a Bengal very long. He will seek an opportunity to win with another franchise.

He will be there a while. Grew up a Bengals fan just a couple hours down the road. It's completely different than when Carson Palmer quit on them. Don't know if he will have success though, that's where elite college QB's go to die. Loooooong history there proves that.

I didn't know he is from around there, yeah that could keep him there. Just the way M. Brown runs that organization has me doubting any success until he gives up the reins.
