Looks like he still needs to learn how to speak. What language is he using? Can't fix stupid.
Totally;agree. He didn't owe anyone any further explanation. That horse had been beaten dead much like many things on this board. He should have kept his focus on the future and let that parasite dig his hole deeper with each immature outburst he makes.
God called, he said AB is a jaggoff.
Yes, buying expensive cars, flashy clothes, hanging out at clubs, multiple kids with different mothers, beating women, etc., and then some of the these athletes want to use God as a deflection. Makes perfect sense to me! All AB had to say was, "You know, I don't really have a good response to this, so I will distract your opinion of me by praising God!"
Too true. Maybe I'll tweet AB saying I focused on God and started finding all this stuff about camels and eyes of a needle.
And this guy went to college?
I’m hearing that his focus on God isn’t going so well. So far God hasn’t returned Drew Rosenhaus’ phone calls.
Who gives a crap?
I so but I think it would have an easier time passing through the eye of a needle than @Thigpen82 's camel.
If he lets it die here, I’ll look at as Ben taking the high road. Brown is over in some ditch.
I agree in theory, but easier said then done. If Ben said nothing it would have been an issue for every reporter at camp. Better to do it now in a controlled environment than have it be a distraction in camp.
Ben said AB made him who he is. And, we all laughed at that. I so hope JuJu puts up monster numbers this year en route to the Super Bowl.
AB, I called God, since your calls go straight to voicemail.
He said stop acting like a tool.
It would have been a distraction anyway... even if Ben had not said anything. The local and national sports media will do what they always do... blow things out of proportion. The best move is to stay quiet and let the wins pile up for the Steelers and the losses pile up for the Raiders.
Agreed. I've been posting the same idea for a while. I'm sure on some level Brown did have an issue with Roethlisberger, but the way he blew it all out of proportion was his way of forcing a trade to a team that would give him a new contract. It is one of the reasons I think the Steelers should have said no rather than allow themselves to be manipulated so easily.
If true , it’s gone now.
AB tweeted Two Face, but he didn't mention Ben's name, so everybody is assuming he was referring to Ben.
It won't now because he got out in front of it. Now you won't have all of camp and preseason being asked about it all the time.
And what he said was perfect, not even the media can spin it.
Ben did the right thing, address it now so by training camp it's a nonstory, otherwise the media will keep bringing it up.
Edmunds actually liked the post? So, in addition to being a reach, he's supporting the guy who abandoned and screwed over the Steelers as he takes a shot at his current teammate.
Social media is the downfall of humanity.
I was thinking the say way, yet through all these months Ben has been pretty silent through all the attacks. Last week he gets some press coverage hanging out with the guys in Georgia, now an interview to clear some final air...Now he just needs to focus forward and do what others have posted. If this is ever brought up just reference this interview and take the next question.
Troy Polamalu used to call god. He was calling him all the time.
