A nice read. Ben managed the game and having a running game was a huge plus.

I thought it would have been Najee. The offense seemed hopeless without him.

In all honesty. He could have been picked three times today. He better start finding some zip for that ball.

    Happy with the results though.

It's more like "Game Manager of the Week". I get it a win is a win, but he didn't do anything that convinced me today that he has turned the corner and we are on our way up.

It happens. I've watched both J. Allen, and P. Mahomes throw passes tonight that should have been picked, and we are still in the 1st half.

This offense has a much smaller margin for error than those. Turnovers that cost points or give up field position are much more damaging.

Umm....if KC loses they will have the same record as us, and Will have losses 2 a team we beat.

Not sure how damaging Mahomes INT have been but they are averaging over 30 points a game.

Yes, 3 times the ball should have been intercepted as it was thrown right into the defenders hands. But it wasn't so it don't count. Ben got banged up again pretty good and it looked like he was holding his right arm up like it was a rib problem but couldn't tell. However, I think the OL is forming a crust on the solidifying up front. Ions from being good but I think better.

I believe Ben is also the East McKeesport Coupon Clipper and Pennysaver Player of the Week.
But, he’s their player of the wee every week.

This x 1000. Happy with the win, but this is not remotely sustainable once the schedule gets tougher. He's exposing himself for big shots and throwing some dangerous balls.

If the O-Line is starting to gel, Ben really won't want to come off the field now. He won't want a QB controversy if Rudolph comes in and throws for 300+ yards.

I've been a harsh Ben critic, but he played well yesterday. Harris being the focus of the game plan helped considerably.

Ben's numbers at least were great. His performance was ok. If he could just stop making the several horrible plays a game that he makes he could be a very effective game manager. He also needs to realize that his days of extending plays and making something of it are over. He is a disaster waiting to happen when he tries to move around and make a play.

If we are being honest with ourselves, this can be said about a lot of Ben's games, young or old.

We all seem to forget that even younger Ben was far from perfect. For me I will take a few risky throws down field over constant checkdowns that get us nowhere.

Ben played well yesterday. Well deserved player of the week.

Many years ago I had no problem with gunslinger Ben throwing all over the field to his play makers. Lately, I hold my breath nearly every single time he drops back to throw. There were 3 or 4 times yesterday that Ben got lucky that the ball wasn't picked off. #45 had 2 of them right in his hands that he dropped and Ray Ray laid the wood on the Dlineman who batted the ball up and almost had the INT.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not down on Ben for his performance yesterday, as he did have his best game this season but he just scares the crap out of me lately with some of these throws and bad misreads.
