ESPN just reported Ben is having season ending elbow surgery. I think he hangs it up too.

The Mason Rudolph era has officially begun.

I’m fine with that Ben WAS our hero , IMO he’d did the job he was hired to do ,2 for 3 in the SB 30 other teams would take that.

I’m all on the MaSon Rudolph train !

Well, can't say I'm surprised, but he did bring excitement back to Pittsburgh football for quite awhile. Now we'll see what Mason can do.

Brain Hoyer would be a good guy to have. He backed up Brady last few years in New England.

Very sad for Ben. I hope this isn't the way it ends for him. But, as Walter Payton said, Nothing lasts forever.

Well... no time like the present I suppose. It is unfortunate I am afraid. I am wondering if this is it for Ben?!

Nothing definitive from him. That is something of note for certain. We will have to wait and see.

Well, I am going to try and look on the bright side. There was a kid named Brady who replaced a guy named Bledsoe and no one thought he was ready or going to amount to much being a 6th round pick and all. Somehow that Brady kid managed to rewrite history books and win Superbowls. Okay I got it. He did have a better HC to work with.
