Either way, it's a problem. Time (for Steelers) to quit pointing fingers and make some changes.

Trying to run wide on the Jags on 4th and 1 is stupid, they're too fast.

I can understand why the coaches don't call more QB sneaks and short yardage run plays. Ben can get injured. The Steelers Oline isn't a power Oline that's going to blow Dlinemen off the ball. Much of their success in the run game appears to be based of angles, movement, and LB's patience. I don't believe don't they blow a lot of teams off the ball.

Playing in short downs without nix paving the way is even more forgettable... That's a coaching call personnel wise.

They still should be able to get a few inches with a sneak behind DeCastro and Pouncey.

Ben held on to the ball for ten seconds in the pocket instead of throwing it a way, he then fumbled the ball which was returned for a td.
Ben threw a terrible pass on third and 10 which was intercepted around our twenty. The Jags then ran it in for a td in the confusion and momentum change that followed the int.
Hence, Ben "gave" them 14 points, free of charge.

I think Haley will be fired because he doesn't work with Ben well and the mental errors are too many.

That wasn't a terrible pass. It was good defense.

I noticed that too, why wasn't Nix in the game in those situations?

It was a forced pass into good coverage. It was a bad decision that cost the Steelers.

The fumble was worse. He has to pull the ball down in that situation. Maybe it wouldn't have made a difference. Maybe the Steelers end up punting if he takes a sack there, so the fumble return followed by the touchdown to Bryant just evened things out. But it was a mistake.

I don't think I saw Nix the entire game pretty much.

Haley has probably coached his last game with the Steelers.

A mistake, yes. Forced? Maybe. Good coverage? Definitely. Ben has made some really bad throws in his career but, IMO, that wasn't one of them. Sometimes, the defense wins!

The INT wasn't returned for a TD. A different defense might have stopped Jax from scoring.

Of course he did. He's not going to throw his receiver under the bus, or the defense

I disagree. It wasn't a bad throw, it was just a better defensive play.

everytime there is a close game the coaches decisions seem to always be an issue. how many times do drives end because of a very low percentage play.
