Both are hard headed and stubborn! Whats not to like when it comes to having those traits either as a QB or OC in the NFL?

Well, a lot of us, myself included never thought this marriage would work because of that.

Hats off to both of them for putting aside differences and forming a formidable pair. I expect the offense to be even better than last year.

"We're both Pisces, we're going to butt heads," Haley said.

For some reason, I originally read that as, "We're both Pisces, we're both butt heads." [IMG]

Maybe, if those two knuckleheads Bell and Bryant didn't get suspended the offense could be better than last year.

This will be no surprise, but if we get hammered tonight like in the 2002 opener, many here will be wanting a few heads on a platter before the lights go out in Gillette stadium tonight. I Been having a good feeling all day on this one that's a good thing!

    Not I.

And I'm usually one of the malcontents. ;)

I have an odd feeling we might shock them tonight. But if we lose, even if we get torched, I won't really be surprised after seeing our D all pre-season.

And this game won't make or break our season. Deep down, we all know this team has a ways to go to reach full potential. The question is, will they turn it on at the right time?

A lot of give and take for both I'm sure. I was excited about the hire back then and am glad it is showing some pay-off. I didn't know Big Ben was so strong-willed before the Arians release/Haley hire. I was even critical of Ben for not giving the new offense a chance as he seemed irked about the hire (ie Rosetta stone comments on the playbook). But I guess you always hear more back lash from the player than anything about the coaches. Looking forward to a great offense this year!

I think pundits and a few on here are giving the Pats way more respect than they have earned. They will have a back-up center like the Steelers but beyond Gronk and Brady there are huge question marks. Long time consuming drives will limit Brady's time on the field. One of their midget WR's has a bum leg and the other is a good hit from being sidelined. So how they put up a zillion points in the pouring rain is going to be a shocker in my book
