Najee really needs to take handoffs from a QB under center to get a head of steam. If he can hit the hole accelerating, he pushes forward with violence on contact. I have been on record ever since the minute he was drafted that picking him in the 1st round was a bad move, but he is a solid RB in the right circumstances. He is one of the most physical downhill runners in the game IF he’s able to hit the hole running (and has a hole to run through). He’s also a quality receiver out of the backfield and generates yac. We run him out of shotgun with no lead blocker way too much.

Exactly! I am hoping with 77 starting at left tackle we can get a little more push from the O line. I hate the shotgun snaps on every possession. Maybe we will see some difference after the bye week. I hope they take your suggestions.
