I was listening to sports radio on my way to work and heard the guy saying he thought Bell would go to the Ravens. He went on to speculate that Bell would have 1400 to 1600 yards because teams would be forced to account for Lamar which would open up lanes for him. The only way Bell will see 1400 to 1600 yards again is if he were to drive his car that far and even that is a stretch because he would probably run into a checkpoint and be arrested for DUI. If reports are correct, he wouldn't even gain that yardage flying because the plane wouldn't be able to take off due to his additional ballooning of the ass.

I'm sure you were in his corner as he screwed with the team last year.

Please keep the political crap off of this board. There are places on the world wide web for this.

I am so glad the rap giant is gone. When the stories about tagging him came out I was not very pleased that they would even consider this drama circus again. The right thing was done and it's time to move forward. As Blast and others said I hope he fails and some dumb team caves on his demands and are on the hook for a player who's heart is NOT in the game. Good riddance head case...

Next is the other head case Brown. Then no extension for Tomlin.

I certainly question a report based on unnamed sources, but it wouldn't shock me if Bell had trouble keeping his weight down while taking the entire season off. He remade himself physically during his first year as a Steeler and worked hard to keep it that way since, but that was with an NFL team's resources and a more immediate motivation. He probably assumed he could just easily get back into shape once he signed.

I imagine that the report won't matter. Any team that signs Bell for big money is going to want him to work out first. They're going to find out the real story regarding his conditioning.

Yeah you know because Martin Luther King once turned down 14.5 million to play 16 football games.

16 Games? We all know LeVeon isn't playing 16 games. Between suspensions, injuries, and "me time" teams will be lucky to get 12 games for their 14 mil.

I predict he doesn't finish the season next year.

He is going to wind up hurt.

I have heard more ridiculous, outlandish, and flat out stupid things, said by members of the Steelers organization, over the last 2 years, than I have in the previous 40 years I have been a fan. I am becoming numb to it.

Well, thanks to Kraft trying to pick up a hooker, the Steelers won’t be leading the news cycle now :lolol:

Problems? 3 Super Bowl wins in 5 years... while the Steelers haven't sniffed one in almost a decade.

Any sports media personality anywhere says that.

As for Bell and his tweet...I'd advise any team thinking of signing him to make him have a psych eval because this guy doesn't live in the same world as the rest of us.

If you go down the list, the Pats have had more trouble/drama then any other team in the league. The difference is they compete in and/or win super bowls at an alarming rate, so no one really cares.

You know this tweet isn't so far out of line when you consider the POV his agent pushes where all young black athletes are slaves of the owners.

Technically, when he said this he wasn’t a part of the Steelers organization. But I get your point.
