this whole season starts upfront. the RB's are going to be a big part of it. I think everything they do this preseason will hinge on how good the big guys become with their mobility.

they are just now seeing the true magic of what TH would like to do. more screens. more runs. more play action, to set up what ben will eat teams up with, hitting our guys on the run downfield when they come up to shut this shorter game down.

they are still expierimenting at what the big guys are able to do in this O. I really think LSH and his quickness is going to be a bigger and bigger part of what they do.

if bell can show some of that shiftiness with the ball we may have something. my problem is we only have one back like LSH on the team.

on another point, the new kid from Louisville, looks built well. alvester is quick too and i'm curious to see more of him. we need a backup of some form for LSH at least on the PS. I though mcneal may be that guy, but that went south.

I kinda agree with him on Timmons he should be making the defensive calls by now. Yinz all want Foote gone but if he goes then who is going to call the defense.

 

if Bell is a bust,then he should be in Philadelphia.

The Steelers brought Foote back for one reason and one reason only to call the d when farrior retired. In your 5th season you should be making the adjustments. I'm not saying Timmons can't ball

 

I think before we start canonizing this kid for the HOF. (For all you coach T lovers) we better see his full body of work. Oh lets say 2 years. Lets see what he does with the BIG BOYS? Its time to put the BIG BOYS pants on, lets see if he can/will play thru injuries. lots of factors go into making you a BETTIS type back LOL. Lets see what the kid can do.

 

They just don't want the rest of the teams to have film on him. He's our secret weapon!!
