BBH Wacky prediction

With all this negativity and Tomlin bashing, including me, I had a relevation. One that includes us bouncing back from a 3 game losing streak ala 2005 and beating patriots saints and bengals in succession.


Yes bill owns Tomlin but somehow someway tomlin learns from his past mistakes and executes a perfect game plan and we barely edge the win.

Butler all of a sudden understands and realizes linebackers cannot cover a WR, gets his head out his ass and shuts down brees just like Cowboys did but in their house.

Bengals try to play spoiler but Ben at home is just too much and we light them up Death.


We are all shocked, some negative, some optimistic, but most cautious.

Bens kids come to him and say “daddy why aren’t you considered elite”?

Ben shocked at his kids statement says “where did you hear that sweetie”?

“Everywhere daddy. Online, kids at school, friends”.

Ben can’t sleep. He tosses and turns, that statement ringing in his ears. It’s becoming unbearable. He leaves his bedroom with his wife still asleep.

He approaches his mini super bowl shrine in which he is greeted with legends such as Jerome bettis, Troy, Brett kiesel. He will never forget that young passionate Ben of 13 years ago. The one that promised Jerome a ring. He understands now, he is just going through the motions. He knows it feels like a job now and he’s sitting there thinking to himself “what if”?

He feels a buzz in his pocket. He looks and sees it’s a text from AB. It’s 1:45 am the kids are still asleep. He is slightly dazed but the moonlight is illuminating a smiling Jerome Bettis a foot away from him. He looks down again.

“ I can’t sleep bro”

AB is restless as well. Ben immediately responds “same”.

AB:” we are better than this bro. What’s wrong with us?”

Ben: “ we have become complacent”

AB” I hear you”

Ben: “ AB. I’ve been thinking. The league has screwed us. Steeler nation has abandoned us. I think it’s time I turned this ship around and get you that ring I promised. You in?”

AB” bro.. I’m outside your house right now doing reps”

Ben peeks outside. Sure enough there AB was, wearing nothing but these marshmallow shoes buck ass naked in 40 degree weather doing squats.

Ben smiled, he knew it was time.


The rest was history.

Ben decimates the chargers at home in a rematch.

Steelers travel to Houston and win in a nail biting slugfest.

AFC championship game in Arrowhead. Ben is angry and goes off for 45. Defense sacks mahomes 6 times and he leaves injured.


The world is shocked and Steelers end up making the super bowl where they take on the cowboys. Everything is a faze as bigbenhotness passes out for the whole contest as his brain cannot take it.

He wakes up in time to see this

I think the Steelers have a fighting chance to beat the Patriots, if Ben is healthy. But this will be their SB, they'll feel very good about themselves thinking one game fixed all their ills. Then, they will get completely wiped by the Saints and have to hope the Ravens lose to SD.

Needless to say, even with how bad the last 3 weeks have sucked, the losses came down to bad bounces and seemingly bad luck.

I’m excited to see how this team competes the next 3 weeks. It will truly define them as a unit. If they can win the next 3 games, they surely have a shot at the super bowl. If not, did it actually matter anyways?

It’s playoff mode from here on out. One loss likely takes them out of the playoffs, unless the ravens absolutely implode.

Just needed to turn the tides a bit. It's been a sad cold 3 weeks for all of us and heading into the holidays we all could use some spirit uplifting. Yes, I understand things may get worse lol

The sad thing is, it would take the above scenario coming to fruition, for me to want Tomlin to keep his job.
