I know bandwagon fans are looked down apon. But, I don't think there's an issue for wanting another team to win.

For example, I wanted Dallas to beat Green Bay, which was possible. Then, I wouldn't have cared who won the Dallas / Atlanta game. Since that didn't happen, now I want Atlanta to win. I still can't forget when Green Bay beat Pittsburgh in SB 45.

I wanted the Texans to beat New England in an upset win, but we know that Osweiler couldn't do it. Then, I wanted the Steelers to win, which they did. But, now we have to deal with New England.

What do you think of my theory? I don't think it's wrong if you want certain teams to win to make your team's playoff path easier.

A "bandwagon" fan to me is a person who claims to be an actual fan of a team that suddenly gets good. Not just someone that pulls for the enemy of their enemy on a given week. Like how you never met a pats fan until Brady or a Colts fan until Manning. But now that Manning is gone I never see any Colts fans anymore. The same will happen with NE and Seattle. Mark it.

That's not bandwagon, that's simple rooting interest. You're not suddenly claiming that any of those teams are your favorite.

Seattle, yes. NE is going to annoy us longer than my mother in law's yap dog.
