When you are about to get hit you should have two hands on the ball

Maybe, and the slow starts are a big problem, but it was the running game that finally got the offense going. Also, Fields was part of the problem in the first half. He was hesitant with throws, even passing on open receivers down the field to run or take a shorter, safer option. Also, remember the defense he was playing against was missing two starters on the line and both cornerbacks. He should carve them up. There are far tougher challenges ahead.

He and the rest of the offense will get some help because the Cowboys will definitely be without Lawrence and possibly Parsons, too. Maybe that evens things out a little for all the injuries the Steelers have on the line, at least for one week.

At all times… you have no idea where a tackler is coming from

Things that every player in the NFL has been coached since they were little kids.

I had a dog who was dumber than a box of rocks and I spent 6 years training him

And he learned nothing he couldn’t even catch a biscuit without it hitting him in the head

Although there was zero chance of you coming into the house uninvited

But I bet it was a learned behavior - maybe in response to prior experiences…..:smiley1:

Lol... my sister's cat is like that... throw a treat and it will land on it's nose....

but you did spend 6 years training the dog, right?

seems like some here think all training stops the second players graduate from College.

Yes, but the players are making millions of dollars too. I think they need to be held accountable when they make mistakes.

    That they are.

However, so are the coaches. For that matter, while both players and coaches remain the same, the constant issue still remains. That befalls on the Head Coach.
