Even though it's much closer to go watch them train at Heinz Field, nothing beats the close up atmosphere at St. Vincents.

Could not agree with this more. I went to Heinz Field last year and it was nice to at least see them on the field and it was less than two hours to drive there....but Latrobe just makes me happy :)

This makes me happy. It's tradition, the Nation absolutely loves it and it's a major plus for local Latrobe economy. I was a little concerned that Pittsburgh would try to keep training camp there for obvious reasons. Happy to be concerned for no reason.

I am hoping that more time at St. Vincents will mean less groin injuries this year.

I am thinking that players are more likely to spend extra time in the training room getting stretched out if it means less time in their dorm room.

What's crazy Mac is that with Ben's retirement that means Cam and Boz are the two longest tenured Steelers. And no one left from the SB teams either.

yea these guys really know nothing about the St.Vincent legacy and experience like many have gone through every year before them. even less have known a playoff win either. it all starts anew here and now. :rawk::smiley1::cool:
