Are you watching the SB?

People in my area say they are not. On social media platforms, a lot are saying they're not.

For me, the rules have made the game soft and I don't like how when a QB is on the run the defense has to play extra soft and just let them walk in. I feel if a QB runs 3%+ of plays, then they should be seen as a RB and allowed to get popped.

Also these refs are horrible with the Chiefs. All season long it was a joke. Chiefs don't even deserve to have a winning record.

If not watching means not being subjected to Tay Tay and her minions, then I guess we'll be watching puppy bowl on Feb 9th.

I know it would never be approved, but I feel like any QB who crosses the line of scrimmage to advance the ball should be treated like any other ball carrier.

 

I’ll either watch the highlights or the game in 40. Probably the highlights. It’s been a while since I watched the whole thing live, and I’m not really invested in either team.

 

Why would I not watch it?

 

I will watch it to root against the Chiefs.

 

I’m not fond of either team but it’s go Eagles for me. Mahomes gets way too many calls for my liking.

Of course I'll watch! I've seen them all from The Jets/Colts on, no matter where I was. I'd love to see the Chiefs 3peat. I don't get the hatred for the Chiefs. They don't get any more special treatment than the Pats did and Mahomes is WAY more likeable than Brady!

2 years back I walked around my development at halftime and TV's were on all over. Eagle land. Last year I walked around and found 2 TV's on. All other houses were lights out. Obviously this year it will be lit up.

I know a lot of people who just watch until halftime if it's not their team.

I have zero interest in watching the camera pan to Taylor Swift all game. I generally don't care who wins, but I have zero interest in consuming any sports media that features the Chiefs. The NFL clearly wants to prop them up in any way they can, and it severely damages the product in my opinion. I would've watched the Bills try to win their first SB, as that would be an interesting story line (and honestly I just like Josh Allen a lot).... but I'd probably rather do laundry and vacuum the house than watch the Chiefs play in the SB again.

 

Yeah, that's me and I watched it. Been watching Maher since Real Time started on HBO in the early 00's.

Football season ended when steelers season ended.

 

I like Allen. Really wanted to see him get a ring. In Buffalo they should ban the number 4. 4 straight SB loses which had to be a nightmare for their fans. And Allen has now lost to Mahomes 4 times in the Playoffs.

A Detroit vs Buffalo would have been so cool. As an AFC guy I'd have rooted for Bills.

 

I am watching. I hope the Eagles upset the Chiefs because I like Barkley and want to drink the tears of Swifites.
