Are we a dirty team?

Yes.

 

No, I don't think we're a dirty team. I think every team has players that are dirty or labeled as dirty because of how they play all the time- or just a few late hits a season.
On those "Dirtiest NFL Players" list, James Harrison is always on there. Cody Wallace lets his temper lets his temper get the best of him sometimes, which I don't really like. I don't think Mitchell is dirty- but I do think he sometimes walks that line.
I think it shows that we only seem to really get into trouble when we go against teams like the Bengals or Ravens or even the Patriots- who ARE dirty. I wouldn't want the Steelers to sit back & let those dirty jackasses beat on us & bully us. We should fight back, & if that makes us dirty, then I guess we are.

A dirty team is a team that is coached that way or "dirty" behavior is tolerated or encouraged. I don't think we are a dirty team. Some players may lose their composure every once in awhile, Wallace for example, but I don't think its team wide. Not like their coached to low block knees, etc.
Go down the starters on defense and offense and tell me who is playing dirty consistently.

 

It is possible to answer the question objectively. All you have to do is watch the games and know the difference between physical football and dirty football(see ravens -suggs/Bengals-burfict/suh)
