Are we a average team or a below average team?

It's an above average team, talent wise. However, it's also an underachieving team that has very puzzling motivation issues. The injuries have been a factor, but they are far less of a reason for our struggles than pure under-motivation mixed with stupidity. I have been a big Tomlin supporter, but I am getting concerned. I will wait until this season officially ends before pronouncing judgment though, because this team could end up anywhere from 8-8 to SB champions. The talent is there if the motivation kicks in - as long as Ben plays his best football during the post season.
