Making change and making the team older is not a rebuilding.....

    Age is irrelevant

If you make changes for the better it is rebuilding

I would say that is retooling. Rebuilding is generally getting rid of current usually older veteran players and replacing them with younger or Rookie type players. But it’s subjective and the technicality not really all that important. Bottom line is are we better and is the future better?

Looking at the ages of the guys on the offensive side of the ball and it's a rebuild then. On the defensive side a retool.

An example of a coach who is a cheerleader HC is Pete Carroll, he's a good coach but he's always jumping around clapping his hands and being enthusiastic.

I am not sure...Because of the 6-10 season, the steelers have had Ben Roethlisberger without a trade up.Because of the 2003 season, the steelers had a special run from 2004 to 2010,their best since the 1970s!

Tomlin was better in the role of cheerleader....Since the comment of Terry Bradshaw in 2016,Tomlin want too much control and it hurt the steelers

Almost August so I read the ton of BS put up by those in the know or at least they think they know.

I'd say generally, not many high on us. Seeing a lot of 8-10 wins. Most have us 3rd AFCN. Not a Playoff team. I guess we shall see.

I don't know why those same people are high on the Bengals they haven't done much to improve their defense.

I won't argue against them assembling an awesome collection of talent. The real question is can the coaches create a great "team" from this talent?

If you have LeBron James, KD, Jokic, and SGA on the same team it doesn't automatically mean they will play well together.

My first thought when I saw that was they are in love with Burrow. I don't think they are thinking about the Bengals defense.
