Apology to Worilds

I admit I was worried after last week. I thought he looked overmatched most of the time. I watched him alot today and I think he played alot better. he struggles in coverage but he played the run strong and showed a good burst going after the quarterback. I was pleased with his effort and think with more playing time his coverage skills will get better. If we get another year out of harrison he may be able to step right in. the future looks better

He just needs playing time, and will become one more of the great OLBs this team has made.

By the way, I'd like to see some William Gay haters put on the board some stuff like this. He played lights out today after some costly mistakes last game.

 

yep if he continues to play like this he will help out alot

 

last week was his first real playing time in a real game and that was after being hurt. he played well today, but they miss Woodley. not much pressure on Dalton today.

 

Didn't get to watch the whole game...only the first half. I thought he seemed to be playing well. As a matter of fact that is why I came to the MB, to find out if he was solid the whole game.

 

I agree, the best he has looked yet... We are set at OLB with the starters and depth.

ILB is the real concern.

 

He hustled today for sure! He will fill the shoes nicely down the road. He actually didnt do too bad last week, but then again... getting held the whole game didnt help his cause!
