How did Tomlin get the nickname "Popcorn"? I don't understand the connection?

If I recall correctly... Tomlin referred to splash plays against the Steelers as.... "Popcorn" in a 2017 interview. The Popcorn nickname has stuck around here.

Popcorn should have been fired after the 2017 season.
