Anyone in the house on Sunday?

Wife and I will be there in the nosebleeds. 2nd year in a row I have made it to Heinz thanks to Ticketmaster. Saw the Cincy game last year. Third trip to Heinz overall for me as I saw them in 2007 against Cincy as well. Live in eastern panhandle of WV so have seen them numerous times in Cracksomemore against the Rats. Nothing like Heinz Field though in person. Can't wait. Hopefully will win this time. So want to be ahead comfortably in the 4th so they will do Hangman and I can post video of all the Terrible Towels flying for all my friends to see and be jealous of.

Planning on leaving at 5am and do the Station Square ferry thing like last year. Looks like good weather as well. I just want a win and no injuries. 3 1/2 hour drive home will be so much better with a win. I predict a lot of slop by both teams and a 13-10 win by the good guys.

Going to be fun. Cheer your @ss off if you are there. I know I will be.

My wife, my twin boys and their fiance's will all be making the trip to Pittsburgh from Tennessee. I've been to one other game at Heinz Field but it will be my boys first trip to Heinz. I've been to Cincinnati several times and also when they played the Titans at least three times.

8 1/2 drive up to see my favorite team since the 70's. Usually try to make at least one game a year but usually it's closer like Cincinnati. Looking forward to the atmosphere again and definitely will be cheering my head off. More than likely I will lose my voice again because of all the yelling. Good times but will be better times if the come out with a win.

Hate to miss a true opening day. Flying out from Portland Oregon tomorrow. You'll probably see me there. I'll be the one wearing the Steelers jersey waving the Terrible Towel. GO STEELERS!!!!

 

I hope your arms aren't to tired to wave the towel. that's a long flight.
