From what it looks like he'll just have to rely on his other arm more for the ball security and from the game looks like he's limited with his arms catching. Probably call plays with that in mind.

The one thing that I learned from Sunday was....

A one armed Najee is still better than any running back on the Steelers roster.

He had that nice 15 yard run when he came back in the game.

I don't think so...the doctor link posted said they would expect swelling so I doubt he will practice early in the week

Let him rest that elbow. He knows the plays. Going to need him. if not, that's a major blow.

He played at the end of last Sunday’s game. He will play this Sunday. Receiving may be a challenge and that will limit the offense.

When he came back in the Offense came to life, especially after his awesome jumping in the air, twisting catch.

God damn it! Seems like this happened to Bell every year too. I don't get it.

Boggles my mind why they won't. Maybe the most pointless signing of all time.

We are so screwed without Najee.

And what the hell happened to Mcfarland? For someone that looked like they were going to be the #2 guy when the season began, he has vanished completely this year.

He was 1 of 3 guys that went to the IR before the season even began. Tuitt, Banner and Mcfarland.

You'd figure having him in on some passing downs would take away dome of the predictability on running downs. Then his pre-snap motion would be effective.

As it stands the Pre-snap motion doesn't seem to be telling them much, the defense doesn't care about it and just flows to the play side to blow it up!

How many times they line up in that single back set and run Ray Ray back and forth like a carnival shooting game then just hand it of for an off-tackle run?

What did you all think about Snell when he got in the game? I've seen worse, but again, he was running into our OL asses 3 yrd in the backfield at times. He did make some progress a couple of times, and it looked to me that maybe he isn't all that bad as an emergency plug in or spelling Harris a bit. Or, am I on crack and don't know it?

Also, a little off topic, I think I saw Ben using a glove on his throwing hand, which is his normal SOP in the beginning of the game and into the 2nd half. Sometime in the 4th qtr, the glove was gone and maybe it was weather related? I thought the glove was for bad weather and better grip. Just curious. JMO>

I think and hope Najee will be ok but the injury also showed me how stupid our coaching can be at times during a game. His arm was completely twisted behind his back. He was removed from the game to tend to this injury for almost 2 full qtrs, maybe more. He was fitted with a brace for said injury to his dominant arm which he uses for carrying the ball. Whats our brilliant coaching staff do on his first play being back? They do a pitch out to him for the first time and the one and only time they pitched it to him all game long. I mean, who comes up with these boneheaded decisions. Oh well, we're in the playoffs. Maybe they will have Ben suddenly line up as a wideout and Najee run the wildcat.

    Go Steelers!
