He seems to be dropping more passes this season, that was his rep coming out of college and maybe one of the reasons he lasted until the fourth round.

He could've been the difference maker last week, hopefully he makes amends tomorrow night. I second the stay clean part and he'll be fine

The only concern I'd have would be in those fans that place him on too lofty a pedestal given his initial production, expecting he maintain that pace. He's going to have some developmental growing pains; as long as he can stay on the grass instead of smoking it he should be fine.

He has scored something like 13 touchdowns in 16 games or something like that. Does that answer your question?

Not concerned about dropping the football. Looking at several of his targets especially in the Seattle game these drops are not the result of breakdowns in technique, in fact he seems to be doing all the little things right. These were well defended passes or well defended in short circuiting his ability to make a clean catch. On one throw as he attempts to cradle the ball into his body the defender forces his right arm down out of the way. Now you can say but Beckham junior makes one handed grabs. True but because he is in a position to have to make those. Bryant is making catches in stride over the shoulder and looking the ball into his body. If he was showing bad techniques I would worry.

His hands were the knock on him in college.

As a rookie he benefited from getting a lot of balls lofted over the top he could just run under. I suspect defenses are trying to take that away now... forcing him to make tougher catches.

Yes his stats are amazing so far for such little amount of games played, but I'm still taking AB over him if I had to chose.

He is fine and will be fine as long as the QB doesn't stop trusting him...All WR'S can and will drop balls the real down part is when the Coach stops believing and the QB stops believing in them...As long as a WR keeps his head right he can work past most drop issues...

One or two of those drops may not have even been contested if the ball was thrown 2 yards further down the field.

No. His hands are just okay, but he makes so many plays that you just live with it.

No concerns about his playing ability, just his smoking habits.

Well as long as he's just smoking corners I will be TOTALLY fine with that.

I think that he is very talented, but if we run into cap issues, I am not sure that I would choose to keep him over Wheaton. I know he has a higher ceiling and is bigger and faster, but he will likely cost more, runs the rist of another long suspension if he gets caught smoking, and we are going to be tying up a lot of money in Brown's next contract. Wheaton is cheaper and is a much better character.

Stay clean and focused. He did drop that one wide opened pass but quickly atoned for it with a score

MV has 4 drops this season, AB has 2, DW has 2, and MW has 1. DHB does not have a drop.

    Quick someone alert PWP lol

I guess the lack of throws would be the main reason he has no drops..

He is what he is. A little Limas, a little Moss. I'll take it overall.

    There's nothing Limas about Bryant.

They are much better with him on the filed, offense took off once he came in tonight.

When he drops passes he should catch, THAT is Limas. But he's got enough Moss in him to make him an exciting and dynamic player. A keeper for sure!

Every receiver drops passes but to compare him to a guy that never cut it in the NFL, seems a tad overkill.

I get your point though ;)

Look up Limas in the dictionary, Blast. It means "to drop a pass that should have been easily caught". To pull a Sweed means "to fake an injury after dropping a pass that should have been caught". ;)
