You actually think they would do that for Owens? You’re funny.

They wouldn't do it for anybody, especially not for an unlikeable jackass like him. I know you worship at the altar of anybody who ever put on an NFL uniform, but you really should open your eyes for once.

Shannon sharpe said if T.O isn't a hall of fame than nobody is and you had multiple hall of famers from Eric Dickerson, deion, Ray Lewis, cris carter(who personally dislikes T.O) call out the integrity of the hall of fame and its voting due to them not allowing T.O in. It didn't go far as a boycott cause it only happened twice but I'm sure if he had to sit out for a long time it would've been. There was no way a guy with his numbers, ability, and accolades wasn't a first ballot hall of famer because the voters didn't like him.

Apparently you don’t know what a lockout is

Go look it up and see how your response made no sense

What world do you live in where you could get 100% participation from a large group of people on ANYTHING?

It's a disagreement between the players and owners on the cba.

Not at all sure what this is referencing but, is there documented PROOF that 100% of the players were for it? Or, is it like a strike where most are for it but the rest have no choice but to go along?

Lockout means the teams are locking the players out, not the other way around. Words have meanings. You might want to learn what they are.

Sure, that is still a labor dispute, but it is one initiated by the owners.

Now if you want to talk about strikes, that's fine. Just remember that most of the times there have been strikes, the players ended up caving and getting a ****ty deal. The 1987 strike was the worst example, with many of the players crossing the line as soon as the league showed a willingness to field teams without the players in the union, no matter how ****ty that product might have been.

That is players acting in their own interest. Your ridiculous example called for a group of elite former players to do it en masse for one former player who was kind of an *******.

One of Shannon Sharpe's defining characteristics is running his mouth without thinking. Also, criticizing the voting and actually doing something about it are very different things. The latter involves giving up attention for themselves, something I can't imagine Sharpe ever doing.

If you find the answers to these questions give me a shout. I'm still trying to figure out the people who say wearing a young man's jersey when you are approaching 50 is creepy.

You are asking a lot of players who did play the game right, followed the rules and waited their turn to stand with AB and T.O. over their antics. I'd think the league would have an easier time finding 7 guys to induct every year. Andre Reed was eligible in 2006 for the HOF, didn't get in until 2014 because of all the receivers that retired before him, with him, and well after him. The guy played and helped win 4 consecutive AFCCG, and played in 4 consecutive SB's and still he had to wait 8 years.

I wore my Crosby jersey into work in 2016 when the won the Cup just because I wanted to show my support for the team. This short balding miserable excuse for a person that was in the break room started calling me a bandwagon fan like I couldn't hear him. I got up and walked over and asked when the last time a Minnesota team ever won a championship besides the WNBA title. He shut up directly. Lol.

I'm ok with the "jersey guy" but I have some rules I do follow.

    1. No more than one piece of fan gear on non game day. Hat or shirt/sweatshirt but not both.

    2. Never, and I mean never be the guy wearing the t- shirt of the band you're going to see. A possible exception is if you bought the shirt at the concert but even then, eh. Other exception is Iron Maiden. They wear their own shirts on stage but they're...... well they're Maiden sooo......
