Alvin Kamara Arrested

Just read an update. Apparently police went to the Stadium to arrest him, but NFL officials asked them to wait until after the game.

What the hell?! You want to start stopping this crap, you start walking out there on the sidelines and pulling people out! What kind of power is that that you sit there and agree to some **** like that?

 

I'm certain he will face zero discipline. What a shame if he is indeed guilty.

 

They have him on surveillance camera, matched his tattoos to identify him and he already admitted to hitting the guy with a couple different stories.

I have my doubts about him actually facing any "real" consequences.

 

Multiple people felt the need to beat one person up while on the ground to the point he was in the hospital. Even if Kamara wasn’t throwing the punches he could have stopped it from going that far. Classy people

 

I don't think it's a money grab. The tweet was misleading.

It says Kamara told them a story (complete with some made up stuff about him thinking he was trying to run away from some mysterious thing he did that required being punched for without him knowing what was going on at all) that did not match up with what the video showed.

It's noted in the report by the detective that it did not match the video of the incident, while the victims account did. He was identified by his tattoos from the video of him punching the dude! Even if he felt threatened by the guy, he didn't say that to the police and lied about how many times he hit him and the reason he hit him.

Point blank, he has no reasonable reason to touch the guy, but was caught on camera hitting him multiple times. I don't see how the guy is full of crap at all.

EDIT: Going to add in that the initial descrption from the interview with police was rather vague and he did not name him at all just that he had possible dreadlocks, was around 5'10' and muscular. The reporting I had heard was they ID'd him by his tattoos and his hair from the video.

It clearly says the video doesn't back up his story and he immediately began punching him. They have him on video punching the guy! There's a reason they arrested him after viewing the footage.

 

Which sentence from what you posted makes it sound like he is full of bologna? Not trying to be a pest. I can only see the 3 paragraphs you have maybe there is more that I can’t read

 

This p!sses me off, too. Any regular Joe would have been arrested on the spot.

 

I posted the same report. It's the continuation of that report. Click on it it says "Continuation Report page 6 of 6"

In that continuation it actually says "The video disputes this showing that Greene was not running away but had in fact just been punched by Kamara's associate and then Kamara immediately attacked him."

That's a direct quote. So they have already watched the video and in the reporting I watched from LV news station, that's how they identified him.

Now what may be in dispute is how the whole thing started, but self defense isn't beating on a guy that's already being beaten on.
