You can see what happened. After Burfict hit AB, he patted him on the back but swung his arm back and he hit Porter in the shoulder/neck/head (wasn't intentional, he wasn't even looking in that direction). Porter took offense, but didn't do anything over the line, he said something. Bengals DT #95, then pushed Porter and now everything was going. Guys were talking and Jones reached over an official to to get at Porter, hitting the ref, which is why the flag was thrown.

Burfict clearly deserved a penalty. He inadvertently hit Porter which started Porter jawing, then Jones lost his head.

Bengals only have themselves to blame.
