So if we beat Seahawks we still have week 18 to look forward to regardless what happens rest of week 17? Regardless of how much we need to happen I want to have the dream going into week 18.

I see we somehow would have a chance if we lost but that is a little out of reach IMO.

 

The steelers will still be alive for the playoffs with a win in Seattle no matter what...The question is if they will control their fate or not!

Biggest game we need is Pats to beat the Bills. If Pats beat the Bills, We just need one of these 3 to lose (Jags, Texans or Colts)

If all 4 teams (Bills, Jags, Texans and Colts) lose, we move to #6 seed

 

In week 18,There will be a matchup between the Texans and the Colts, so one of their teams will lose

 

Correct, I'm just taking it week by week to show us in the top 7. Biggest concern next week could possibly be Buffalo and Miami game.

AFan is wrong. If the Steelers get 1 loss by the Jags OR Bills, on week 17 or 18, the Steelers are in if they win out. Since both of those scenarios will still be alive, regardless of what any team does in week 17, other than the steelers, The steelers can't be eliminated if they win.

 

As far as the 6th seed, the bills and jags dont have to lose on week 17. Any lose on 17 or 18 will do.

 

Or got a first down against the Patriots, then a go-ahead score.

 

One of them will lose. The Colts play the Texans next week. I just don't see much chance of the Bills or Jaguars losing this week, though both have tougher games next week.

 

Texans and Bills are gonna win today which means....

The Bills are in the process of getting gifted a game by turnovers. They're offense doesn't look that good and has had the ball inside the red zone three times with only one touchdown.

 

Lots of time left for NE to win this game
