I did say he is a winner just like # 7, if you read on I say a possible talent like #7.
Now one year does not make for a very good observation, even though he
was nominated to the pro Bowl his first year. But i like the way he plays the game, the game
is not to big for him. Jusy my opinion.

It will be us then the Bungholes this year. I for one was very impressed with them last year. They retained the coaching staff and cut all the DIVAS off the team = Success! The Clowns will be at the bottom for a while longer. Holmgren and Heckert try that smoke and mirror BS! They try to emulate the Steelers and Ravens sooooo bad it's not even funny. Charlie Frye was a perfect example of this. We drafted a MAC QB, so they tried as well and look how that worked out. Agree with some others, It's Randy Lerner!!!

it may only be year 2 for dalton, but the kid wins and is a good qb. they don't deserve him. the thing is all the high draft picks that these teams have had over the years all now start believing in the cause and one or two guys added that make it all gel. we just have to keep reloading. yea we have some older guys we had to get rid of,and i don't see alot of stars to take over for them. YET. the o-line already has though.

Still a joke to me and will be until they win something. Lets see if Dalton can repeat what he did last year before we even think of putting him in the same sentence as Ben.

Ben was 15-1 his first season. Dalton was 10-6 and really not THAT good.

I really can't say how good he will or won't be yet but he was a media darling and THEY made him that good. I wasn't overly impressed with him.

Doesn't matter if the bengals or good or bad. They usually always give us a hard game the game is usually always decided by 10 points or less.

Dalton showed poise as a rookie, so did Ben, and as much as I hate to say it, so did Flacco. The difference is the Steelers had a great D to go with veteran leadership from Ward and Bettis, as well as a poised HC in Cowher during Ben's second year. While the Rats have a darn good D, Sloppy Joe did not have veteran leadership on offense, nor have they had the experience on the coaching staff. Case in point, take the game in 2010 when Troy caused the fumble, they should have never been passing the ball in that situation, too risky. Run the clock, punt it deep, you have a 4 point lead. The coaches were responsible for that call. With Cincy, both sides of the ball are getting better, but can Marvin Lewis win in the playoffs? Hasn't yet. Their time may come, perhaps the comparrison between qb's having success in their rookie seasons has some validity, but their supporting cast does not compare. That is why Ben has 2 rings, looking for a third, while neither Flacco or Dalton will ever have one.

Yeah, I have to agree that Marvin Lewis (and his staff) is the x-factor here. Maybe the organization is doing it's job with talent and they actually have for a while. But, there is something with the culture that keeps them from winning ways.

I have been wrong with only one coach when i though the team had the talent but I thought the coach was keeping them back and that was the Giants and Couflin. I was/am right with Shottenheimer and Norv Turner. And still with the bungles.

Was there another division that put THREE teams in the playoffs last year?
    Or, ever?
We play with the big boys, and the Clownies, yet the Clownies, still seem to manage to give us a fight, more often than not.
To be the best, you gotta beat the best. And right now, that`s still us!(6 rings to ?)
(Even if the Broncos got lucky on the one play that mattered more than any last year... I can`t hear you... yadda yadda yadda...)

I, for one, am glad the Broncos got lucky on the play that mattered most last year. The injuries were too great to expect a deep run last year, and to go out fighting was better than being crushed in the divisional round.
