With the 26th pick the Steelers select????? Let's get ready for the draft. I will be boycotting the SB this year because of obvious reasons...NE vs whomever shows up to get beat. We need to fine tune our team and more importantly stay healthy...it would be nice to only have to play one game to get to the AFCCG....maybe next year. Great sharing the season with all you Giys/gals....we'll be back.

No, I don't think so. They are especially vulnerable to the quick, short passing game and the Patriots are the best there is at that.

I agree with you. It hurts, but I'm proud. We did a great job! (...and I'm eternally grateful we didn't lose to the thugs last week!)

Ben played good enough for us to win today.

That is the bad part. Usually we have lost these games because Ben is off.

Flip side fellas ,,they had so many drives start in our territory and so many drops ,,it really could have been an ugly game

I was really hoping to go to New England and exorcise some demons next week, but a fumble by a practice squad reject took care of that.

Seriously... people blaming Toussaint for the loss need to remind themselves that this is our fourth string (including Archer) RB this year, and he still managed to put up first string yardage against the BEST DEFENSE IN THE LEAGUE.

The fumble was costly. But ffs, give the kid a break. If we convert TDs rather than FGs earlier, it wouldn't matter.

Agree 100%. Defense got markedly better during the year. They will be even better next year. Gotta work on the back end, the ST and the entire organization needs to understand they can not lose to any "bad" teams or give away any winnable games. They have to get the BYE so they can rest and be healthy come divisional round.

Not sure I agree. Looked like DHB had the guy blocked, guy stuck out a paw and luckily hit the ball. Just unfortunate. But with Bell, D Will and Touissant we are ok at RB.

Yeah, I'm more upset that we had a real shot to win it and didn't then I am that we lost overall. Not sure if that makes sense?

The D stepped up. Very promising for next season.

But I'm still going to be morose for a while.

The ONLY gripe I had about the reffing was the non-call in the endzone. That was BS. I also think there *might* have been a block in the back on one of the early returns but other than that I'm not getting the "spotted 11 points".

Overall it was a great game I thought and we lost in the final quarter. The TO hurt but we softened up too much after that on both sides of the ball.

No way. IF I bet the AFCCG, I'll bet the house on the Pats.

Disagree. Haley had good points in game
But, down by own goal line did not try and win. Did not like 4th down play. Everyone deep. Let's get the first down

You're right, but he was NOT protecting the ball and should have been!

I had a ticket to the game v. NE next week, but will be staying home. Tough loss, definitely, but I've felt worse, much worse, at the end of a Steelers season then I have at the end of this one.

Brady will again own Peyton. NE beats Denver handily.

Will def be pulling for the NFC in the SB. And yes, I supported many Fire Bruce Arians Immediately threads. I live in Charlotte, so I am gonna Panther up.

    See all at the combine.

    4 DBs
    2 OLBs
At least that's my current agenda.
