Absolutely No Vision

For an organization like the Steelers not to have developed a plan is ridiculous. I really believe that we are seeing the beginning of the end. With the exception of injuries there should have been a plan for every year and a 5 year plan. They a reactive business and not proactive. I’ll be very disappointed if Ben comes back, he had his day and at 38 he never recovered full from his surgery. Players need to go along with some coaching staff. They can’t continue to run the organization with the attitude once you get hired you never get fired. That will get you nowhere and we are seeing it unfold this season. 11-5 at the end at best not a bad record, playoffs one and done. If they don’t get it together we have many years of heartburn ahead of us.
