Should his punishment for the FB Live video be making him honor his contract next year and not extend him? Not sure how the Steelers/Rooneys feel about giving somebody 100 million that has shown no growth/maturity. He should be a leader/mentor at this point of his career and just not seeing it.

Gives us a chance to evaluate what we got with Bryant next year. Yes, we don't make it this far without AB but the Patriots just showed he's a non factor when actually game planned for.

Antonio Brown is getting his contract extended; NFL rule violation or otherwise.

For that matter, letting a generational talent walk away due in part to said players self interest would be beyond asinine and go even beyond illogical for a franchise that has been a model of consistency for over forty years.

Evaluate Bryant all you want, but in no way, shape or form is MB ever going to be as equal to, or greater than AB in sheer talent and performance. This was a minor thing, and didn't really hurt anyone - why would we punish ourselves (yes, that's exactly what we'd be doing) by not extending AB?

Tomlin fined him 10 grand. End of discussion.
