AB seems to think 84 should be retired.....

Gary Anderson should have ----1--- retired he was awesome

 

I’m not much for the whole retiring jersey deal. Kinda like the Steelers have been throughout the years until recent. I mean there’s only so many numbers to position.

He's definitely the best WR this franchise has ever had, but we have already retired so many jersey numbers from the 70's that we risk not having any left if we retire every great player's number. We've certainly been lucky to have a lot of great players as a franchise (AB is definitely one of them), but TBH I don't think its something that will get done much outside the QB position anymore. Maybe someone like Aaron Donald, but that's about it.
