Good interview overall. He obviously has something else going on outside of football.

We certainly need him. No way we're going to be able to score the 30+ points needed a game to win a game without him.

Maybe this will serve as a wake up call to the team. I don't think this hurt at all.

I dunno, I'm not sure I'd want to get on AB's bad side. We all know how dedicated he is. To think that he might put it on himself that he's not doing enough. He could have a monster game this week.

As a professional he knows he screwed up by responding on Twitter.I like his honesty and he owned up to the mistake.Of course when asked what they have to do to turn things around he can’t say” the defense really really sucks!”He’s very passionate about winning like most professionals are!It doesn’t give him an excuse to throw a tantrum on the sideline but I like his honesty and I didn’t hear any”no comment”when asked about his behavior.

I loved it when he said “we suck”. Atleast someone gives a damn and isn’t afraid to say it instead of the lame “we’re getin ready for next week crap”. Good on AB for manning up. Now go and put on one he’ll of a performance Monday night.

why oh why do these guys lie, stir up crap and then deny it happened. He said he had a personal day off and Tomlin knew he was going to miss Mondays practice. I dont believe him. He acts all sullen and sulking. This is the guy you see happy all the time working his butt off and generally with a good positive attitude. He was not available Sunday as he told the reporters. I also think he is lying about the fact he does not care about personal stats .. I believe he throws hissy fits when he does not get the ball. Why else would he be ragging on Fichtner

Because in Pittsburgh, when the team loses it is the OC's fault.

Yea he's full of s*** saying he doesn't care about his stats.. The offense didn't suck and he wasn't throwing a tantrum about the defense so what else would he be flipping out for. If u ask him what would he prefer to get in the Hall of Fame or to win a super Bowl guarantee he'd want the Hall

Maybe he really wants to win and as good as the offense was they were not good enough to win. He knows they can be even better. I really don't know and don't care. Dude works hard as hell and balls out every Sunday. I am glad to cheer him on.

I think he understands that he's not getting near Cooperstown without winning a Lombardi or two.

The class of 2004. Manning, Rivers and Roethlisberger will all go in and deserve to. River numbers are pretty impressive. Better than Eli's except the trophy.

I still say AB is more focused on winning everything over stats. I think in his case he wants both but getting a trophy solidifies his opportunity. Without one, he will wait a very long time.

Guess we gotta agree to disagree then because I don't think a rings has anything to do with Hall of Fame candidacy unless your a qb in my opinion.. That's just my opinion tho

Every time I see AB I think about that amazing play against the Ravens on Christmas day where he reached across the goal line with 5 Ravens players hanging on him for the TD. Priceless!!! Love me some AB!!!
