How is being robbed by 3 people grabbing at his jewelry and firing shots into the air amount to attempted murder? Yes. He is a knucklehead but something doesn’t add up there. He should have just pulled out the gun and told them back off but none of us were there to actually know what happened. Firing a gun into the air is just stupid but I don’t see how that equates to attempted murder against the criminals. There seems to be a lot missing from the story.
