I read that AB was fined for two different things this week. First, he was fined for wearing powder blue cleats and violating uniform protocol. Second, he was fined for his "celebration" on that second td. His response? He said "That's nothing to a boss". Does anyone know the actual amount of the fines though? The story I read just said that he got fined but didn't say for how much.

    $15,191 Minimum
    $21,269 Maximum
Depends on the exact penalties which have not been announced

AB must think up celebration stuff he can do that does not involve penalties or fines. Go for clever stuff, not rude or base stuff. Also, no stuff where you could get hurt like forward flips.

If I was AB, my next celebration would be me dropping $18,000 on the field in $1 bills

If Mean Joe Greene came up to my front door and said "Hey. My car broke down just up the road there. Can I come inside real quick and piss all over your furniture?"

Well, my point other than me having to buy a new couch and ottoman set from pier 1..; is that Steelers Legends can do whatever they want in my world. AB is not there yet but getting there.

Interesting observation I just read. Funny that a league that employs scantly clad women shaking their ass on the sidelines will fine players for a "lewd" act.

Welcome to the double standard and stigmatized world of American Gridiron Football. Imagine if this were done at a high school game. I think that Bob Pompeani would erupt with such rage that Southwestern PA would look like a meteor made impact.

He didn't. That celebration creates more popularity and more exposure. And that leads to more endorsement deals.
Sometimes you have to spend a little money to make a lot of money.

How many commercials has he been in lately? I can think of several.

    He's no doubt a Boss!

I didn't actually hear a sound clip of him saying that, but regardless of what I think about the celebration/penalty, I'm not liking the aura of arrogance that it seems is in that response.

Personally, I'd pick the first one over the second. But, that's just me. I may be getting older, but I can still read the menu.

Exactly, the fine hurt him, that's his business, the penalty hurt the team.

Helps the opposing team's punter pick out AB's feet on punt returns.
