Does Rodgers strike you as being willing to commit in that way?

Kenny was going to lose the backup QB spot next year in Philly so they traded him now

I think the best of the bad lot of QB's is Gardner Minshew. He has beaten Lamar Jackson twice in the last 2 years. Once as a Colt and once as a Raider.

He’ll get back to you on that after he has a darkness retreat to think it over.

Im not advocating for MR, but just tired of riding the same train in circles. As for TJ, I am with you, was last year a show of a start in decline, don't think so, but it is a reminder that he will be 31 heading into the last year of his contract. Does he warrant being given the highest paid D player for a 5 minute period, sure, but giving those numbers to a player who will decline is the insanity that keeps you from competing. I know he is not going anywhere, but you cannot turn a blind eye to truth in negotiations.

Well thats the whole point, thats the conversation that Tomlin should have with him.

I really don’t know why Rodgers is still playing, love of the game, title, money? If he’s still in it for a title than yes, he should go all in. He says he respects Tomlin, maybe he would for a year.

Who else are you going to go with? Wilson? They haven’t even spoken to him according to reports. The fact that he flew out to Cleveland tonight seems to back that up.

That's the problem. They don't have other options and Rodgers knows it. Also, if the Vikings really are interested, now he's looking at throwing to arguably the best pair of receivers in the NFL on a better team than the Steelers.

I think they are looking at a trade option. Not to say it’s going to happen but I bet there trying to see who might be available

MF is in Malibu. Shouldn’t be that hard of a decision with the choices he has so I wonder if he is mulling retirement.

I want MR and didn't realize he was a FA . Then draft a QB and let him sit and learn for the whole season. Nothing wrong with that. Don't extend Watt !

JJ already said TJ will not play if his contract isn't extended.

I'm cool with going with a rookie QB this year, Dart or Shough.

TJ won't sit for a full season, you trade him at deadline or let him play when he decides to come back. He would be healthy to finish season for once. Or just trade now, which would be best option but nobody wants to hear that. lol Get picks for next season so we can move up .

TJ can kick rocks too then. Trade him and sign MT and just go for the bridge year. Rodgers is a prick and if TJ is going to sit out while under contract for a new contract…he is too.

Rodgers may be our last gasp to “win now”. Otherwise we may end up with Mason, the bridge Qb the steelers wanted to avoid.

this is what poor planning and lack of foresight get you; a-lot of wasted time.

TJ’s inevitable decline is going to force our brilliant defensive coordinators Austin and his master Mike T, to actually try to come up with a coherent defensive game plan.
