It's 5:45am, I'm trying to find something to watch.come across superbowl 45 on the DVR list.

Yes we lost but man what a TEAM.

    Hood Hampton Keisel
    Timmons Farrior Harrison Woodley
    Ike Troy Clark Mcfadden

Wallace Hines Sanders AB Miller Ben

Mendenhall was a very underrated RB in my opinion. With Pouncey not injured in place of Dougy Legend, I think we pull this one out.

I agree losing Pouncey was huge for that game, and also Flozell Adams got injured early on. Especially how we nearly lost 43 on the back of the o-line.

I think we also lost Manny Sanders as well during the game? Just wasn't our day, but it was one of our stronger teams. A different day, who knows what could have happened...

The next year was the end of the those days. Losing to 8-8 Broncos after going 12-4.

Steelers played like poop in the 1st half of the game. They were really on their way to winning it,until Clay Matthews made Mendenhall fumble.

Was hoping Mike Wallace would do a Holmes, impression and lead us down the field on the final drive and it didn't happen.

Rodgers is a good QB he was good that day, hard to imagaine that's the only one Rodgers has played in and gotten too, with as good as he is, and Steelers couldn't stop Jordy Nelson either that day.

Had they played man on D likes Lebeaus plan against the Pats the following season I believe it was, they'd have stymied GB's O.

That was a rough loss especially as winnable as it was. Injuries didn't help and I they were out coached by GB... Left a lot to be desired that day for sure.

I wasn’t bothered because I felt they would be back.

Little did I know that was the end of bens dynasty.

That and it was the end of any lingering Cowher mentality.

Keyaron Fox's 15 yard penalty on that last kick return was big. That still irritates me.

We lost the game in the first quarter with that pick by Ben...if Pounce was there it wouldn’t have happened.

Our corners were trending downward that year I remember too.

Fumble or not the game was already done in my eyes.
