I still have vivid memories of 1989, Browns 51 Steelers 0.

It was before internet. I was on a ferry floating around the San Juan Islands. Monday morning I asked my wife to get a USA Today so I could check the Steelers score. When she came back with the paper, I asked for the paper, she said "no". I asked again, she said "no". I asked why not. She said it will just piss me off and she wanted to enjoy the day.

You look at the pads they wore then is just crazy.

By that I mean how much they have shrunk with new technology.

    oh man...good stuff

I don't think the download to Tim Couch took, 404 error: resource not found lol

Couldn't stand Paul McGuire as an announcer, a real Summer's Eve candidate imo

Loved Jon Witman at FB though...and Bruener

    Great to watch.

Kordell in fine form, seeing a young Ward is great as well.

Kordell had his good days. The precursor to the modern day mobile spread QB like Newton, Kaepernick, Prescott, etc.

Rewatching the game I was forced to change some of my thoughts on some players. I was such a Bettis fan that everyone else was rubbish in my mind. Huntley really wasn't as bad as I remembered, Famous Amos flashed some ability, and I have to agree with Turtle love me some Witman.

When you've got such a long list of star RBs in a team history, you tend to forget the guys like Huntley who did their job well, but not to a pro bowl/MVP standard.

Cowher certainly had his model of RB though - I remember when we had Bettis, Amos and Fu, and they all seemed to come out of the same mould.

I know someone said that they had a bunch of these games on YouTube now but didn't realize the scope of the collection. Started watching a MNF game from 95 of the Bills and Steelers thinking it was one of my all time favorite games but it wasn't, apparently it was a 94 game where the Steelers just beat up the Bills knocking several Bills out of the game. The one I watched made reference to it. Said the goal in this game was once again to better the Bills and prove they weren't tough enough to hang with the Steelers.
