Former Steelers running back Jack Deloplaine dies at age 68 | TribLIVE.com

I saw that post early about the last College All star game in 1976, and it made me think of Jack "Hydroplane" Deloplaine who just passed away this week. Jack was one of those guys who was a preseason hit, as that's when he got to play most. He was a special teams guy on some of the greatest teams in Steelers history, may he R.I.P.

Now there is a guy I have not thought of in a long time. Remember him for the hydroplane nickname more then any actual playing time.

I thought that I remember him getting over 200 yards in a game. After looking it up Deloplaine had 205 return yards in a game against the Patriots in 1976.
