53 man roster

Is our 53 man roster the 49ers or Pittsburghs?

Is there a like to the Steelers 53 man roster?

 

I don't know if this is accurate, because of the position listings. (And I count 54 not including the players on the PUP/IR)

Wow 3 QBs on the roster. STD was right on this one. I kept saying with the new Practice Squad rules they would only keep 2. I think Kyle Allen would have been just fine on the PS.

I saw the NFLPA rejected the new practice squad rules, so a player including the QB can only be rostered for a game 3 times, before they would have be permanently on the 53-man roster.

that used to be a thing, but I'm not sure since they expanded the PS. Would be nice. He looked good in the pre-season.

 

The WR who was open for like a 40 yard TD pass from Fields in the Bills game, he mistimed his jump also could've been a better pass from Fields.

Ok so he could be the 91st guy on the squad until cut down day, can't be the 54th member of the 53 man roster but can be a 17th member of the practice squad.

 

Safety Jalen Elliott making the 53 is a surprise, I don't recall him doing much in the preseason. I thought WR Dez Fitzpatrick had a good shot of making the team, he also played special teams I think.

 

A more experienced WR would've kept running his route, Luther jumped too soon.

 

Ridder and Bailey Zappe both cut. That QB class of 2022 is now scattered throughout the league or out of the league. With the exception of the last guy picked in the draft.
