    James Pierre and Alex Highsmith had very good camps and Zach Gentry showed a lot of improvement too. There is a lot of hype around Highsmith, chance to be a very good player.

    Biggest surprises for me are Pierre, Hassenauer and Carlos Davis. We all knew M. Allen was making it but he certainly wasn’t a lock before camp. Well done to each of them.

    That depth at safety is a worry. If anything happens to Minkah the drop off is steep, albeit Cam Sutton may be the most likely to step in rather than Dangerfield or Riley

    I remember reading that Pierre could be a diamond in the rough when they picked him up. Looking forward to seeing what he can do.

    S and ILB depth are a concern. Might watch the waiver wire there.

    I was hoping for better from Brooks, and the depth at safety is a big concern. I agree that Sutton seems likely to get time there if there are injuries.

    My biggest concern is related to Hassenauer making the team. I have already heard they kept one more lineman due to concerns regarding the health of DeCastro and Wisniewski. Obviously, they can't afford to be without DeCastro.

    for me really there was not a whole lot of guess work, everyone I wanted to make the team made it... that being said Carlos Davis and James Pierre are the only surprises, congrats to both of those guys for making the team,
