4th and 1 Offensive Line

Can we just line up and put Conner Heyward in front of Darnell Washington in an I formation and get a friggin yard. The dude is so big he would be hard to tackle fall forward for a yard. But on a different issue can someone answer this question. Tomlin is one of the longest tendered coaches why not coaches tree he is supposably a great coach if you listen to the media. I personally think he is a good coach for todays players but is absolutely horrible picking his supporting cast. Our offensive line is young and athletic there is no way they should be getting blown off the ball I feel it's our line coaches fault and if I'm not mistaking that's a Tomlin hire. how do we fix this?????

 

quit letting the QB try to get the yard we need when the whole world knows it's coming. that isn't the offensive line coaches fault. he thinks he has lemar jackson. he doesn't.

 

Especially out of the shotgun. My young son kept saying what are you guys doing?!?!?

 

This has been brought up. Fields has problems playing out of anything, but the shotgun, or pistol. So we don't go under center too much. I do find it funny that guys that b!+ched, and complained about other Qbs not doing this..(going under center much)....are somehow OK with Fields not doing it.
Oh , and that's not to you. I was just adding that for certain others.

 

Yeah, I really didn’t like when they came out in the shotgun…. And I knew it would be a QB run. Why not a QB sneak?
